Booking of any course/event is subject to the following terms:

  1. The registrant verifies that the puppy/dog meets any age requirements specified for the course or will do by the start date of the course.
  2. The registrant verifies that any puppy has had its 2nd vaccination and any dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and the puppy/dog is free from any infectious condition.
  3. Registrants should arrive promptly for the course/event.
  4. All courses/events must be paid for in full before the course/event start date. 
  5. When registering there are 2 options for payment: BACS transfer where no processing fees are added, and paypal which does add a paypal processing fee and this fee is indicated on the registration form.
  6. Where payment by BACS has been selected, payment must be received within 2 days of the registration.  If BACS payment is not received within 2 days the registration will be considered cancelled.
  7. Registrants may cancel their course/event booking at any time by email or telephone, whereupon we will confirm receipt of your cancellation.  However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the course/event start date to qualify for a refund or change of date/time, unless the dog or handler is ill and the cancellation is accompanied by a veterinary or doctor's certificate.
  8. K9 Training Academy reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time without giving a reason, whereupon the registrant will be notified of the cancellation and a refund will be issued.
